FAQ
Yes — you'll need a Basic Shopify plan or higher to launch your store. If you're starting completely fresh we'll walk you through choosing the right plan, setting up billing, configuring payment gateways for your country, and connecting your domain so everything is ready for design and build.
Yes. We regularly migrate stores from WooCommerce, Wix, Squarespace, BigCommerce and custom builds. The migration covers products, collections, customer accounts, order history where possible, blog posts, SEO redirects from old URLs, and a full QA pass so nothing important breaks on launch day.
Copy direction, tone-of-voice guidance and hero/section frameworks are included with every project. Full product description writing, brand storytelling pages and email copy are available as add-ons — most clients either supply final copy themselves or add our copywriting bolt-on for an extra fee.
Every design is built mobile-first because 70%+ of ecommerce traffic is mobile. We design the mobile experience first, test on real iOS and Android devices, optimize tap targets, image sizes and font scaling, and only then scale up to tablet and desktop layouts.
Yes — we configure the apps your store actually needs: Klaviyo or Omnisend for email, Judge.me or Loox for reviews, Recharge for subscriptions, ShipStation for fulfillment, and analytics tools like GA4 and Meta Pixel. We keep your app stack lean to protect site speed and your monthly costs.
You get a 14-day post-launch support window covering bug fixes, small tweaks and training. We also deliver a Loom walkthrough showing you how to add products, manage orders, update content and run discounts. Ongoing retainers for design updates, CRO and SEO are available if you want us to keep growing the store with you.
