How many revisions are included?+
Two full rounds of revisions on the concept you choose, plus a final refinement pass on the chosen mark before delivery. Most clients land on the final logo within those rounds. If you want to explore an additional direction we can add it as a fixed-price extra so there are no surprises.
Do I own the logo and source files?+
Yes — full intellectual ownership transfers to you on final payment. You receive the master AI / Figma source file, vector SVG, transparent PNGs in multiple sizes, JPGs, and a black/white plus single-color version. Use it anywhere forever, including trademark filings.
Can you redesign or refresh an existing logo?+
Absolutely. A brand refresh is often the smartest move when you already have customer recognition — we keep the equity of what works (a color, a letterform, a silhouette) and modernize the rest. We'll start with a short audit of your current mark and propose either a refresh or a full redesign with reasons.
Will the logo work on packaging, social and merch?+
Yes — every logo we deliver is tested in real contexts before sign-off: on a product label, an Instagram avatar, a website header, a black background, a small favicon and a printed business card. You receive mockups showing it in those settings, plus the secondary marks (icon, monogram, social avatar) that make a real brand system.
Do you design the full brand identity, not just the logo?+
The Identity and System packages include the full identity system: primary + secondary logos, color palette with hex / RGB / CMYK values, typography pairing, brand pattern or icon set, social templates and a mini brand guide PDF so anyone on your team (or any future designer) can use the brand consistently.
How quickly can you deliver?+
Standard turnaround is 1–3 weeks depending on the package and how fast you give feedback. We can offer a 5-day rush on the Mark package and a 10-day rush on Identity for an additional fee, as long as your brief is clear and you're available for quick rounds of feedback.
